Events
| Event | When |

| New lead | Emma took a new caller or website lead, or a call finished. |
| New appointment | Emma booked a time. |
| Today's follow-ups | Once each morning: the people to get back to today. |
| Minutes at 80% | Most of this month's minutes are used. |
| Minutes used up | Emma paused. Buy a top-up or upgrade to turn her back on. |
| Plan and trial updates | Trial, plan, receipts and payment problems. |
Every event can email you and text you. Texts come from your Workky number to your business phone. Receipts and payment problems are always emailed.
