Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plain English, no surprises.

Free 7-day trial

• Try Emma free for 7 days with your real calls, with 30 minutes included.
• No credit card required.
• When the trial ends, service simply stops unless you pick a plan. We never auto-charge after a trial.
• Medical, dental, pharmacy and therapy businesses start their trial once our health-privacy agreement (BAA) is ready.

Month-to-month

• Every plan is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel.
• No annual contracts. No early-termination fees.
• We never move you to a higher plan without your approval.

Cancel anytime

• Cancel in Settings → Billing at app.workky.ai, or email legal@workky.ai.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. Emma keeps answering until then.
• You have 30 days after cancellation to export your data from Workky CRM.

Refunds

• If you prepaid for months you have not used, we refund those full months.
• Usage already incurred — minute top-ups and SMS — is not refunded.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Price changes

• We give at least 30 days' email notice before any price change. Cancel before it takes effect if you disagree.
