Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: September 2, 2026
Last updated: May 7, 2026
Our Commitment to Accessibility
Workky is committed to ensuring that workky.ai and our products are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe digital access is a right, and we work continuously to improve the accessibility of our website and the AI voice agent services we build for our customers.
We design and develop our website with the goal of providing an equivalent experience to all visitors, regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use.
Conformance Standard
Workky aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the technical standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice in its 2024 final rule on web accessibility, and it is the standard most commonly referenced in U.S. accessibility litigation.
We treat WCAG 2.1 AA as a baseline and review our site against newer standards (WCAG 2.2) as they become widely adopted.
Measures We Take
To support accessibility on workky.ai, we:
- Build the site using semantic HTML, proper heading hierarchy, and ARIA landmarks so assistive technologies can navigate it effectively.
- Provide text alternatives for non-text content, including descriptive alt text for informative images.
- Maintain color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA requirements (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
- Ensure that all interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators.
- Label form fields and provide clear, descriptive error messages.
- Allow users to resize text up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
- Avoid auto-playing audio or video content.
- Test the site with automated accessibility scanning tools and periodic manual review using assistive technologies.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content on workky.ai may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are actively working to identify and remediate these issues. Areas we are currently improving include:
- Embedded third-party content (such as calendar booking widgets) over which we have limited control.
- Older blog posts and marketing materials published before our current accessibility standards were in place.
If you encounter any accessibility barrier on our site, we want to hear about it. See the contact information below.
