Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Workky Terms of Service. It describes what you may not do with Emma, Workky CRM, or any Workky service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

You may not use Workky to:

Break the law

• Violate any federal, state, or local law, including telemarketing, call recording, privacy, consumer protection, and professional licensing laws.
• Send text messages without the recipient's consent, or ignore STOP requests.
• Make or facilitate robocalls, telemarketing, debt collection calls, or political calls.

Deceive people

• Configure Emma to deny being an AI, to impersonate a real person, or to claim credentials she does not have.
• Use Emma to give legal, medical, pharmaceutical, financial, or other professional advice, or to represent that she is licensed.
• Misrepresent your business, your identity, or the purpose of a call.

Handle data you may not handle

• Collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. Workky does not currently offer a Business Associate Agreement.
• Collect full payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or government ID numbers through Emma.
• Load contacts into Workky CRM that you have no lawful right to contact.
• Use Emma with callers under 13, or knowingly collect children's data.

Harm or abuse

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against callers or staff.
• Use Emma for emergency services, crisis lines, or any situation where a failed call could cause injury.
• Use Emma to screen callers based on protected characteristics in violation of anti-discrimination law.

Attack the platform

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Services or Emma's prompts and voice.
• Resell or white-label the Services without a written reseller agreement.
• Interfere with other customers' use of the Services.
• Use automated tools to place calls to Emma for the purpose of consuming minutes or extracting her configuration.

Reporting

Report violations or abuse to legal@workky.ai. We investigate every report.
