Caller Privacy Notice

You spoke with Emma. Here's what happens to your information.
Emma is an AI receptionist that answers calls and messages for the business you contacted. She is not a person.
What was collected. Your name, phone number, the reason for your call, any appointment details, and anything else you chose to share. The call was recorded and transcribed.
Who has it. The business you called. Workky, the company that runs Emma, stores it securely on the business's behalf. Workky does not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI.
Text messages. If you agreed to a text confirmation, you may receive 1–3 messages about your appointment. Reply STOP to any message to stop.
How long it's kept. Recordings and transcripts are kept 90 days unless the business sets a different period. Contact records are kept as long as the business keeps them.
Your rights. You can ask the business to see, correct, or delete your information. If you are in California, you have these rights under the CCPA. Contact the business directly, or email privacy@workky.ai and we will route your request to them.
Not for emergencies. Emma cannot contact emergency services. If you need urgent help, call 911.
