Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Workky does not sell personal information and does not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), or under similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states.

Universal Opt-Out via Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, Workky will automatically treat that signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information. You do not need to take any further action. To learn how to enable GPC, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.

Submit a Request

Even though Workky does not sell or share your personal information, you may still submit a formal opt-out request, request access to your information, request correction, or request deletion. To submit a request:

• Email: hello@workky.ai with the subject line "Privacy Request"
• Include: your full name, email address, and a description of your request

We will verify your identity and respond within the timelines required by applicable law (generally 45 days, with possible extensions).

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written authorization, identity verification, and confirmation from you that the agent is authorized to act on your behalf.

No Retaliation

Workky will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any privacy right.
