Workky documentation
How Workky works: Emma answers your phone and your website, and every call lands in the CRM that comes with Workky.
What Workky is
Workky gives a service business Emma, an AI receptionist, and a CRM to go with her. Emma answers your business phone and talks with visitors on your website, day and night. She speaks 11 languages on your website; on the phone, up to 3 of 30 languages. She answers questions, books appointments and takes messages. Every call and chat is saved in Workky's CRM with a recording, a transcript, a short summary and the next step.
You do not need another CRM. People, calls, follow-ups, appointments and team access are all part of Workky, in every plan.
How the parts fit
